Monday was a hell of a day at work but we all pushed though and it ended pretty good. I went to the gym and I got a good surprise when I got there. My old trainer was there. Parker was there training so we ended up training together again just like old times It was good. If you want to check out his training programs I will put a link to his site at the end of the page.
I did not go real hard during the work out since my shoulder is still killing me so went real light and just focused on the movement. I was able to get the whole work out in but once we were done my shoulder was killing me. I still have been slacking on the cardio which I need to stop and get my ass in gear and start doing cardio again.
