First thank you for stopping by and wanting to learn about me.
I am just a guy from Virginia Beach trying to get by in the world. I am a Systems Engineer who has been working on computers for about 20 years now. I sometimes do like to play video games. Even though I do live in Virginia Beach I never go to the beach I guess since I have lived most of my life aside from the 10 years I was in Wisconsin the beach does not appeal to me. I do love to watch a good Horror movie or a good B-Flick horror movie. I will say that there have not been very good ones out in the recent years. I do have a cat that I rescued when I lived in WI.
What you will find here on this blog is my rants and raves about what ever I want to and also me holding my self accountable for my Fitness Journey that I started 2 years ago. I will go into this in a later post.
